Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Sangi Ashray Foundation, we deeply value every contribution. However, as a nonprofit:

Donations:

• Once a donation is made, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, except in genuine cases of technical errors (e.g. double payments).
• If a refund is requested within 7 days of the transaction and found valid, it will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Merchandise / Event Registration (if applicable):

• For any product orders (like charity merchandise), you may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order.
• Refunds will not be processed for used or delivered items unless damaged or defective.
